As a committee member, I have seen first-hand the difference our support makes to junior doctors and medical students during challenging times. Providing financial assistance allows talented individuals to continue their training and serve our community, even when faced with unexpected hardship. It is both a privilege and a responsibility to ensure that help is available when it is needed most.
